Exercises
Once you've experienced problems with back pain, you're far more likely to have problems later in life.
Doing regular exercises to strengthen the muscles in the back and pelvic area can help to reduce the likelihood of further problems.
Osteopath & Chiropractor
Although this can be a more expensive option - my own personal experience was so stunning that I can't help but recommend them.
After suffering from chronic sciatica, I visited an osteopath and, much to my surprise and amazement, was up and dancing the "twist" just two days later.
For me that was a real miracle, after suffering months of unnecessary pain.
Lunchtime & Coffee Break Exercises for your Back
A few simple exercises to relax and release tension in your lower back muscles can help to reduce the ongoing discomfort.
You might also want to check your posture if you regularly sit at a desk, especially if you do a lot of computer work. In most work environments, the person in charge of Health and Safety should be able to give you some advice and tips.
