    Looking for options to see when planning to visit the beautiful state of California requires research and preparation. Whether you are going on the road with friends, hiring a bus charters Los Angeles (for instance) or taking the time off with your family - there are so many wonderful places to visit and so many things to experience in California that you should not miss! Thank you for sharing such amazing scenery photos and helpful information with us.

    It would be great to visit those wonderful spots in California. I plan to take Luxury Sports Package Holidays, maybe I could have one in there.

    Next summer, with a little luck. What I really love is the drive from Santa Rosa up the 101 to the Oregon border town of Brookings. There are a bunch of tiny Native American casinos that are just delightful, and most have freebie goodies for your birthday. I got a free hot fudge sundae in Ukiah one year, but most places give you some free play, and I like that as well. Some have exceptionally good food, too, although some are really bad. Crescent City is my favorite place - I like to stay at the RV park out in Smith River - Salmon Harbor Resort. Only in summer, though - it's too cold the rest of the year.

    I'm assuming that anything north of San Francisco is "Northern California" and I'd like to put my vote in for the California Wine Country through Napa Valley - Especially in the Autumn. They have colorful fall foliage that would rival anything in New England, plus the gorgeous rolling hills of vineyards and the earthy smell of harvesting grapes. We rent a timeshare through http://www.redweek.com and spend a week hiking, bicycling and of course wine tasting! It's absolutely glorious there.

    @joys100 Good Point. I've been in the area several times wine tasting. Well worth the visit. We usually stay in Fort Brag and go from there into Sonoma and Napa

    I would love to visit northern CA, but I want to return to live in northern MN. I love it there!!!

    I like going out on the Sacramento Delta for houseboating.. American River or further South near Lodi.
