In place of the awesome Joker boxers, I received a pair of black boxers with a white skull and crossbones. It's actually something that I would have gotten my husband as a gift, but not what I'd wanted.
They don't have a phone number for customer service, so I sent them an email and expected to be ignored. But, happily, they emailed me back within a day or two, and sent out the correct boxers and a paid envelope to ship the wrong pair back in.
It was quick, it was easy, and it was taken care of.

Quality of WebUndies Novelty Boxer Shorts
I'll admit, that they're not soft like jersey cloth- but they're not so stiff as they seem at first. Even though the cut of the boxers is a straight kind of flare, they hang softly when worn.
My husband absolutely loves them. He says they're really comfortable, and even tried to get another pair to wear while these were in the wash. Unfortunately, the Joker boxers aren't available any longer, and the Jaws boxer shorts are no more. It's a shame because they were incredibly funny if you have a mind like mine (the shark head covered most of the front and the open mouth was right at the... you know).
Update: I've just ordered hubs two more novelty boxer shorts form WebUndies, and they ARE super soft material. I don't know if it varies from boxer to boxer, or if this is the new material they're using, but at least some of their novelty boxers are soft!
