Can't Find Your Unique Theme String Lights? Make Your Own!
First, select your color theme and gather up some plain colored string lights. Then utlize the massive party favor selections and build your own theme lights by spacing party favors in between the light bulbs on the strand. Imagine using christmas ornament hooks, that should easily poke through the party favor, and then slip gently between the two twisted wires of your lightstrand. Easy as a breeze!
Recent requests have been for Airplane Lights and Thanksgiving Lights. My suggestion for the thanksgiving string lights includes the use of harvest garlands combined with mini light sets too.

Hi Lisa, Thanks for your note, I've made a new section called With Men In Mind, I tried to find as many sets that fit your mold, so to speak, there were no tools that I could find, but a couple of cars. I hope this helps!
Hi Flowergal, Thanks for your comments. I did a search for strictly white or blue butterfly string lights and didn't come up with any, but I did think that a low cost solution was to take this pack of 25 clip-on white or blue butterflys and simply clip them to a set of white or blue straight lightstrings as needed. These 3" butterflies come in packs of 25 at about $1 a piece - essentially averaging out to a similar cost for a set of string lights. Available at amazon.

- I've been looking for years for string lights of garden vegetables (carrots, tomatoes ... not just the chili pepper ones you see everywhere). Your thoughts about DIY lights are interesting. That might be a solution.

- You sure have done a good job round up all kinds of lights. I love these types of lights. I have the lighted carousel horses with the wagon and love it. There is a picture of mine used as Christmas decorations on my Kid Stuff lens.
