I haven't been using it for long - but I have noticed that I have lost 4 extra pounds since I've been taking it along with my protein shakes in the morning!

I have had anxiety since the summer of 2005. I had a lot of things occur during that time and it has haunted me ever since.

Unfortunately, time has not helped me get over staying alone, driving long distances, etc.

I've tried nearly every product that has been recommended... nothing seemed to help.

Recently, I heard about 5-HTP for sleeping and mood.

I purchased a bottle from NSI and it has been helping me a lot with my anxiety, not to mention helping me fall asleep much faster.

It seems to help with recovery after heavy workouts too, probably because I get more, solid sleeping times?
