Do try Job boards and make sure that you have a good page on the job board and that when you place an ad, the description of the position is very detailed.

Advertise on nurse related websites

Places like Facebook, linkedin and Myspace are also a good source fo finding leads if you have the time to fully devote yourself to these sites.
