Pumpkin Pie Breakfast Cake
Use this recipe to make a delicious Pumpkin Pie Breakfast Cake using the NutriSystem Pancake Entree.

Counts as breakfast entrée + 1 fruit (alternative) + free foods

Ingredients
1 NutriSystem Pancake Mix
1/2 cup pumpkin
1/4 cup Splenda®
About a tsp. of pumpkin pie spice
Just enough milk to moisten the mixture

Directions
Mix dry pancake mix, Splenda®, pumpkin pie spice and pumpkin together. Add enough milk to moisten the mixture (but not as much as Pancake Mix calls for). Put in microwave-safe dish and microwave for about 4-5 minutes-enough to stiffen the middle, but not too much as to toughen it. Top with fat-free Cool Whip®.
