- until I ate dinner. Opening the box it really didn't seem like much food for a month. To be honest it looked like a couple of weeks at the most. But then I went shopping for the extra stuff you need to complete the meals and ate dinner, which was surprisingly filling and good. I tried hard not to take a bite if my mouth wasn't empty, which was hard but I think it helped me feel full because it took longer to eat everything.
