Beyond the Diet & Nutrition Squid Angel
I love being a Squid Angel on Squidoo! It used to be that in my quest to find "angel food", my visitations would take place in the sub-category, diet & nutrition, and it's sub-categories which include things like health tips for parents who want to raise healthy children, weight loss and weight management, eating disorders, vitamins and herbal supplements, and a few others.
But now I am no longer limited to the category of diet and nutrition...I can flit about wherever I want!
This page is where you'll find all the pages that have been blessed by me...it was pretty organized when I got started, as you'll see, but toward the end, I have been blessing so many pages, that I'm just saving a "copy and paste" list of all the pages that have angel blessings bestowed upon them. Some day maybe I'll organize them...we shall see...it's hard to find time when I'd rather be tweaking my lenses and flying about to bless some of yours.
Now, off I go to sprinkle some star-dust and do whatever else it is that Squid Angels do to brighten someones day...or night, I do a lot of flying around when people may be sleeping.

I use her walking DVD indoors on rainy days
There is a Leslie Sansone DVD for any level you are at...look closely at the descriptions. I just love these for indoor walking...you'd be amazed how easy it is to walk indoors almost in place...with nothing but your shoes, comfy clothes and one of these DVD's.

Foods that You Grow
A part of healthy, sustainable living
Some of the best food we eat can be the food we grow ourselves. This is a big part of increasing our sustainability, our ability to sustain ourselves with our own resources. I looked for pages related to vegetable gardening, herb gardens, growing fruit, sprouting...anything related to growing foods and storing them. Maybe an occasional new one will be added if related to the category of diet and nutrition.

Cupid Wings Replace my Squid Angel Wings
Just for Valentine's Day
On Valentine's Day, I traded in my large Squid Angel wings for cute little Cupid wings and blessed lenses with "Cupid Kisses", a fun one day event brought to you...and me...by Squidoo.
Below you'll find the Squidoo lenses that this little Cupid blessed...and they may or may not have to do with food and nutrition...but I have a feeling most of them will.
