What do you use Nuun for?
From the lens Nuun Active Hydration Review- Symptoms of Dehydration - Fluids - Electrolytes.
I'm a runner, getting into cycling, and I love Nuun. Tastes great, keeps me wanting to drink more and stay hydrated.
I even drink it at work (pretty active work, indoors recirculated air all day), and it keeps me hydrated when I'm behind the desk or running around getting stuff done.
What do YOU do that requires that you stay hydrated?

- Running, working, even just downtime. I'd rather drink Nuun than a sugary soda or Lipton's Green Tea, which became my drink of choice until about 6 months ago.
