While custom Oakleys are great, they must be chosen with great care because these products are made specifically for you. That means the company would not accept exchanges, returns, adjustments or cancellations. So you must think really hard before submitting that order form. Sounds like a strict policy but clients must understand that custom designs don't always have the universal appeal thus making it hard to sell to other people. Add the fact that Oakley engineers build them to your exact specification and fit. The usual order process takes 5 to 7 working days but these custom beauties always turn out great and that makes the wait well worth it
