What's going on with o.b. tampons?

Really, it has! That's how much (some) women care about their tampon brand.

o.b. tampons are different from others because they have no applicator (more natural and environmentally friendly), and because they widen rather than lengthen when they expand, which can stop embarrassing leaks.
