Obsessive Chihuahua Disorder Starts Early
Frequently from birth, it seems
Obsessive Chihuahua Disorder can start very early in life, especially for people whose parents are already afflicted with the disorder.
Babies born into homes with chihuahuas are likely never to recover from the obsession, even after years of therapy.
Often, parents may have a hard time differentiating between dog and child, and may begin to dress them in matching outfits, causing an identity crisis in the child in later years. Early intervention is important in these extreme cases.
Obsessive Chihuahua Disorder Training Purse
Start your daughter early and she won't recover

We understand how little girls can be; they want to be just like Mommy. Here is a terrific way for your darling daughter to practice carrying her own adorable little chihuahua around town: shopping, dining, the library...OK, maybe not the library.
Just add dark sunglasses and she will be well on her way to being the princess her mother is. Thank heaven for little girls!

Obsessive Chihuahua Disorder in the Teen Years
The roots of the affliction grow ever deeper
The teen years bring a deepening of the Obsessive Chihuahua experience. Girls in their teens and early 20's seem to be the most vulnerable to the more extreme forms of the disorder.
Frequently, girls whose former attachments may have been to 18" historical dolls [a form of American Girl Disorder] will find themselves reassigning this affection to a chihuahua, a vastly more animated and cuddly item than a hard plastic doll with really really expensive accessories.
Do not be deceived, however, as chihuahuas can be as costly, and it is much less likely the young teen will outgrow this obsession.

"I hope if dogs take over the world, and they choose a king, they don't just go by size, because I bet there are some Chihuahuas with some good ideas." - Jack Handy
The Neglected Husband of the Obsessed Chihuahua Owner
Sometimes it's hard for them to understand
Is your husband having jealosy issues over your precious little chihuahua baby? Not to fear. This lovely thong will make him forget his troubles, at least temporarily.
We suggest putting your precious little one to bed and spend some time with your husband at least one night per month. Usually after about 10 minutes of hearing the dog crying outside your bedroom door, your husband will lose all romantic aspirations, and you and your dearest little dog can be reunited for the rest of the evening.
Your chihuahua will, of course, forgive you in due time with the proper amount of cuddling and pampering.
Helping Your Husband Keep His Role in Perspective
Yes, there is a pecking order of sorts

Husbands often have a hard time understanding their place in the greater scheme of the family. It is beneficial, therefore, to use subtle hints as a way of helping them understand the hierarchy of the family.
We suggest you mount this nice poster directly behind the toilet he will be most likely to use each day. [Men being creatures of habit] Since most men spend more of their time facing the wall behind the toilet, seeing this picture every day will help them on an unconscious level to know and accept their standing in the family pecking order.

Teenage Boys Need Help Understanding
Starting them right helps their future wives

A teenage boy may find it confusing as he tries to understand girls and their need for teeny-tiny dogs that can be dressed up like dolls. This is a totally foreign idea to most boys who think they should have some hulky retriever type of dog to affirm their growing manliness. How you react here can make a huge difference in the success of your son's future relationships with the opposite sex.
If your husband is unwilling to admit to your son that he is not the head of the household, try helping him with some items geared especially to the teen boy's mind. This great poster will be a colorful addition to his room. You might want to put it on the inside of his closet door, since he never remembers to close it anyway.

Obsessive Chihuahua Attire for the Teen Boy
They can be so insecure
Teenage boys have lots of hangups, and if they have the misfortune of living in a home with a mother and sisters with Obsessive Chihuahua Disorder, they may be more introverted than the average teen boy. It's OK.
Give your teen son this nice hooded sweatshirt in which to hide while you go shopping with your darling dogs in tow. He will ultimately thank you, as people will see the OCD and know to leave him alone. Don't worry, he will come to accept it in time; all men eventually do.
Attire for the Obsessed Mommy
It's out of control
Frequently, the whole Obsessive Chihuahua Disorder can be seen most gloriously manifested in the matriarch of the family. She is the queen, the one to whom all the family's chihuahuas run for love, protection, and dainty dog treats.
For her tireless efforts, she must be revered and rewarded with special Obsessive Chihuahua Disorder attire all her own. Available in white, colors, regular and plus sizes, organic and non-organic cottons, in long sleeve to no sleeves, the queen of the chihuahuas should be overwhelmingly regal in any of these wonderful options.
Chihuahuas Around the House

- Oh dear, I really think I need a chihuahua now. I have wanted another Jack Russell for about a year or so, but it is definitely changing towards a chihuahua. I wonder how my JR would cope with a chihuahua.........
