Will Coca Cola Survive Occupy Wall Street?

If people really did "occupy coke" in the way being called for at OccupyCoke.com, it could actually put an end to the Coca-Cola company.

Coke. With only a past.

In our time.

That seems weird just to think about it.

It's not only because of the freakish greed of corporations that cause sites such as occupycoke.com to crop up, but also because of corporate's cruelty to humans — using the poor without enriching their lives in return, draining their natural water supplies, and even allegations of murder.

Just how bad are the atrocities alleged to have been committed by Coca-Cola?

Below, is some of what I found — a full-length video of the documentary, "The Coca-Cola Case," as well as links to other sources of complaint.

See for yourself.

Make up your own mind.

OccupyCoke.com

This site suggests that folks quit buying Coke altogether to show corporations that they "can" be taken down by the people. Read this one-page (at this writing) site. Also on the page, Coke's current stock price, and a video of Max Keiser talking in 2009 about a Coke boycott.

For the record: To my knowledge, and I'm pretty certain of it, this idea spoken of on the site has "not" been sanctioned by the OWS movement.

Coke Crimes

After doing this research, I believe it's time for me to watch the documentary, "Tapped: The Dark Side Of Bottled Water." Meanwhile, here are some sites that give their take on Coke's "dark side."
KillerCoke.org
Information about Coke's alleged atrocities in Colombia, Guatemala...
Stealing India's Water
Naming both Pepsi and Nestle, in addition to Coke, as helping create a waterless India.
Fighting Back
Facebook page dedicated to exposing Coca Cola atrocities.

Our parents never believed in buying sweets or colas of any kind. We never got used to them. Our cousins did eat sweets and drank colas. One of them ended up with both kidneys highly damaged due to the effects of all the soda he drank. Just like everything else, stop eating or drinking something for a couple of months and one day you realize you don't crave it anymore.

I am not able to listen to videos right now because something is going on with my computer so I will have to return. I do love my Caffeine Free Diet Cokes and would really be making a sacrifice to give them up. hmmmmmmmmm. pondering.

Very interesting I have seen several programs on topics like this, chocolate and fast food restaurants it's quite disturbing with how they conduct themselves on their way to World domination. I stopped buying big brand names a long time ago and pleased I did. Great lens I will be back to watch these films again, I know a few friends who would like this too.

I stopped drinking coke years ago more for health reasons but I remembered getting really angry at multinationals in my university days. These corporations are not only growing. they are raking in so much profit.
