The is a place for cheaper office copier and laser paper! Ideal for drafts, emails and internal use and for printing destined for filing. Cheap office copier paper will do the same job but at a much lower cost. When you buy reams of quality paper also but a couple of reams of low cost budget copier paper.

This page reviews lowcost but high quality office coplier and office laser paper. Typically office copier paper is 80gsm thick and tehlower quality paper will save you money in the long run. Keep the expensive paper for letters and important documenst that will get seen by customers and clients but use the low cost office paper for internal use and documents that don't need to really impress!

As above I think there is a place for both. If the office is getting through alot of copier / laser paper and it's for internal use such as printing emails, copies of letters for filing then cheap paper will suffice and save money in the long run. Most laser printers ahve two trays or a letter tray taht opens up so you can sort tray out with hugh quality laser paper and when it comes to creating drafts etc just pop in the cheap copier or cheap laser paper.

If you print and copy alot for internal use you might as well load teh tray with cheap copier first.

We prefer to use better quality paper for our letters, our letter head is printed as and when required so it has to be smooth 120gsm paper. We do also have 80gsm paper but have always used brand named paper Xerox.

To buy or not to buy a box (5 Reams) of copier paper?

Good question really, if you re buying for the home it doesn't really make sense, but if you are buying for business then it just might.

Buying copier paper in bulk saves money and nearly all of the time buying 5 reams of copier paper will cost less than buying 1 ream at a time 5 times!
