A little about Oilily

Oilily is a clothing company that was started in the 1960's, still has a characteristic "bohemian" style, and is known for their quality fabric and construction.

According to their website, Oilily has a "liberated attitude that is at once expressive and progressive." The company is "a premium worldwide fashion label focused on creative independent women" and thier young children.

Beware of Fake Oilily Clothing

When you are shopping for gently used Oilily clothing from sites such as Ebay or Amazon, be aware that, like any other popular expensive brand, importers are knocking Oilily off and passing them off as genuine. Sometimes the differences between the real and fake garments are painfully obvious, but more often than not, it is difficult for the untrained eye to detect the subtleties.

    I grew up in Holland where Oilily is from. Love how colorful the clothing is! It's expensive but unique and fun!
