I think it's great to see alternative methods to beating depression. So many people have to take antidepressants but maybe they should give these therapies a chance?

You know something? I really sincerely think that this ritual would be very beneficial for those of us coming off divorce! It should be a right of passage i.e. ... "I lovingly and willingly let go of all that which no longer serves me in a positive and progressive way. I lovingly and willingly return it to the source from where it came, to be used in a positive and progressive way in service to the entire Universe."

I find that when I get depressed, even though I don't want to be depressed, it is really hard to do anything to lift myself out of it. I just don't want to DO anything to help myself. Fortunately it doesn't happen too often! *SquidAngel Blessed*

Depression is not easy to cope with. It is totally energy consuming to be sad all the time and see no way out, but even though it's been said many times, there is still a light at the end of the tunnel and hope for all. Exercise is sometimes a good first step, but it's not for everyone. Some need to start with even babier steps, but each person can find his or her own way.

Great lens. Half of emotional therapy is thought. The other part is action.

I love my essential oils, my favorite at the moment is lemon myrtle! I make a spray to clean my kitchen with it!

Great Lens - My favourite Essential oils to Burn are Lemon and Lavender. I thought we reaped the benefits through only inhaling, until I read your Lens - which states it's also absorbed through the skin. Glad I stopped by. :)

I could use one of these destressing sessions! I always feel a lot more relaxed when they use some sort of aromatherapy oils during a massage. Great work on this one!
