Old Faithful WebCam from The Armchair Tourist
A geyser is a type of hot spring that erupts periodically, sending hot water and steam into the air. There are only about 1,000 geysers worldwide, and about half of them are located in Yellowstone National Park. The most famous of them all is Old Faithful. Old Faithful was named in 1879 by members of the Washburn Expedition. It normally erupts in intervals between 68 and 93 minutes. The height of the eruptions can be anywhere from 90 feet (27m) to 184 feet (56m) and they last anywhere from 90 seconds to 5 minutes.
This real-time still image will automatically update every 30 seconds. If you look at the frame at the top, it will tell you the current local time and the estimated time of the next eruption.

Old Faithful is a cone geyser located in Wyoming, in Yellowstone National Park in the United States. Old Faithful was named in 1870 during the Washburn-Langford-Doane Expedition and was the first geyser in the park to receive a name. The geyser, as well as the nearby Old Faithful Inn, is part of the Old Faithful Historic District.

- Great work! I've seen both Old Faithful geysers, and yup, there's two. One in Wyoming, one in California near Napa. I think there's a third one somewhere too, that is called "Old Faithful."
