    Proper nutrition is even more important in younger age so you'll have the habit to think what you are putting in your mouth will affect your whole body in the future

    Well done on this subject. As an older person I can relate to a lot of it. Cabbage and stone fruits, for instance, cause stomache cramps so I avoid them. Top marks and well researched

    Great lens! We got a Vitamix machine a few weeks ago and we love it. It actually helps you get those veggies and fruits in your diet much easier through smoothies. When you combine the fruit with the veggies, you only taste the fruit and it makes great soups too. I've added the Vitamix info on my lenses for blood pressure and blood sugar. It really does help you eat more nutritiously. Thanks for the info. 5*

    Great lens! I am 49 and I have already noticed a tendency to skip meals. Since my children are grown and my husband eats at work, I tend to not worry about meals. It isn't fun cooking for just one.
