OMG Flying Cat Fur!

At this point I would like to share a true story with you about a Cat that my tax preparer owned.

It was time for me to do my taxes, and so, I called to make an appointment with my tax preparer. She usually came to my house, but this particular year, she said she was going to be preparing taxes in her home. She said she had set up a small office downstairs and didn't want to be traveling house to house. I said that was fine and I didn't mind. She then gave me her home address. The appointment was for Friday of the same week at 1:00 PM in the afternoon. Friday arrived and at 1:00 PM, I was in her drive way. The tax preparer opened the side door and said , come in! I then followed her into a small office which had a desk, computer and two chairs. I was about to take my coat off when a VERY LARGE CAT startled me. She jumped from the chair that I was suppose to sit on and with cat fur flying, it went everywhere!

At this point I said, OMG! FLYING CAT FUR! And, she calmly said, "Yea, she sheds a lot." The cat was evidently on her desk and the carpet on the floor was filled with cat fur. Before sitting on the chair, I tried to wipe it off with a tissue, but to no avail, it was just stuck there. I finally sat down and tried to keep my mind on my taxes. She started to do my taxes and in the middle asked if I would like a cup of tea. Not wanting to pick cat fur out of my teeth, I said, "No! I'm all set, thank you." She got her tea and, after forty five minutes, she finished my taxes. I put on my coat and left with cat fur all over my black wool pants. Morale of this story? She needed Help to groom, brush and use the right tools to care for her CAT!
