To Cloth Diaper or Not To Cloth Diaper?

Being pregnant with my fourth child kept me thinking of my experience taking care of the three older children in their infancy. All of them were raised on disposable diapers.
But then, the price of disposable diapers were relatively much cheaper. I wanted the freedom of just folding the disposables when they get soiled and dumping them into the trashcan. It's so handy and simple to use, especially when you need to have someone else to look after them when I go to work.
It's different with my fourth child. I have the choice to stay at home and take care of all four kids. And having friends who have taken the other 'road' - using cloth diapers instead of the disposable ones keep me thinking of the potential benefits.
My first concern was if I am disciplined enough to make sure I clean the feces properly and wash them regularly so that I have clean diapers when I need them. At the same time, I am keeping the environment cleaner with less plastic in the landfills, and less feces thrown into them along with the disposables.
The initial buying of the diapers may cost quite a bit, but in the long run, I don't need to spend to buy more. Unless, off course, when the baby outgrows her cloth diapers. Luckily for me, there's this one-size baby cloth diapers that's getting to be popular.
I find cloth diapers easy to organize, especially when I have them in all the various colors and prints. Once, being able to keep to a certain routine, taking care of the washings become easy. And I guess the baby doesn't care, but it makes me feel that I have done a good thing for world! In my own little corner, that is. ;-D

... the choice is yours!
Are cloth diapers just as easy to use as disposables? You can put your money on them! The Happy Heiny's lines their diapers with fleece so soft and comfy to the baby's skin.
