My daily routine for now is I get up at 6 am and wake my teenagers up for school, take the dogs out, then I shower and get ready for my day. I make some breakfast for my husband and I then off to work. I post ads at free sites and answer questions for potential customers or business partners, and last but not least I must maintain my house chores also. I find doing the chores are really not that difficult. I can throw some laundry in and while it's going I clean up the kitchen then post some ads until the washer is done, put them in the dryer then back to work for a while.
It's a little easier for me because my children are teenagers and they can take care of themselves. Or at least they should be able to. I do still have to do for them at times.
I am usually up until around 11 or later. I do have to confess I don't work all day long. I take breaks when needed or wanted.

I have a home based full service travel agency called My Great Travels. Though I can accommodate any travel I do specialize in Group Travel, Disney Vacations and Cruises.
I am also an Independent Representative for Life Force International. This company is worth looking at. They have many products and they are all whole food products. Keep watching my lens I will get more into this company as I go along.
I also do some of the normal get paid to do sites, work for chacha as an expeditor and I'm an affiliate for various places. I have come to realize that being an affiliate is actually a good way to make some extra cash too.

You have to remember that when working from home you have to make sure you are treating it as you would a job outside your home. You have to have good discipline.
In the beginning it is good if you make a schedule so you don't forget to work and you don't forget to do your home chores.
It's very easy in the beginning to get off track. You will find it easy to just sit there and not really do anything. You have to set your goals and start working towards them the very first day.

An at home job is different than an at home business. At home jobs for the most part are free to start up. A business opportunity usually has a start up expense, monthly auto-ship requirement, licenses needing to be filed with your home state, membership dues or a combination of these. An at home job is usually done for a business or individual who pays you wages for services. Most people don't realize they can work for a major corporation out of their homes.

The jobs listed below can for the most part be done with a computer, phone or both. If you apply to one of these jobs make sure you have everything needed to apply. It is much like applying to a job in your home town except the application is done online.

Please make sure to double check all spelling and if anything is timed work to complete these tasks in the alloted amount of time. Most of the time you will need to attach your resume along with the application. Make sure it is up to date.

There are so many business opportunities out there that it could be overwhelming choosing the right one for you. There are several things you should consider before you sign on the dotted line ;)

Here I'm going to discuss some of them... and this is based on MY personal experience and opinion... not general rules.

1. Product or Service?- First you need to think if you want to market a product or a service. Both have pros, and both have cons. If you choose to market a product, you will need to consider that some people will return the product, some will ask for a refund, some will argue they had some kind of "reaction" to the product, etc. When marketing a service, you could encounter the challenge of "creating" a need. People usually know that they need to buy a bottle of pain-killers, but often they don't realize they need additional covering in their health plan... you need to make them see the need.

2. One-Time or Consumable?- It is harder to find new customers to sell to than to sell multiple times to the same customer, that is why I prefer a product or service that is consumable, a monthly membership, a monthly supply, etc. But that doesn't mean that you should stay away from one-time purchase items.. who said women need ONLY 1 diamond? Or, 1 car, or 1 yacht... ;) When you choose to sell a one-time purchase item, consider up-selling. (Up-selling can also be simply exposing the customer to other options he or she may not have considered previously. Up-selling can imply selling something additional, or selling something that is more profitable or otherwise preferable for the seller instead of the original sale.)

3. Be a Product of The Product (or Service)- Is this something that you would use yourself? If you don't use your own products why should anybody else? You need to be a believer of your product in order to be able to recommend it to others. If you don't have a personal testimonial about the benefits you have received from the product you're marketing, other people can't relate and won't believe that the product can benefit them in any way.

4. To party or not to party?- There are many ways to conduct business, home presentations, home parties, office parties, one on one meetings, person to person, catalog sharing, even catalog parties. Even though I love to attend home parties for, let's say, Tupperware, conducting business doing home parties is not for me. This is something very personal that you should consider before choosing your opportunity.

I would either use it towards a laptop for my husband or to pay off my daughter's credit card bills she has and since she lost her job has no money to pay them with so the charges keep going higher and higher with late charges.

I was searching for something to do from home and I found so many scams out there. I lost lots of money signing up for the hype of the programs that were so easy anyone one could make it without having to do anything but set my computer go to sleep and when I woke up I was going to have tons of money in my paypal account!! Have you signed up for that program too???? I've been with companies that promise to help you, but after they get your money customer support is no where to be found. I've had up line help me out greatly, by just saving me a lot of aggravation and just going ahead and putting that prospect I was working with right under them.
