The Truth About Weight Lies
Reality Check
There is only one way to lose a significant amount of weight that that is through exercise and a proper diet. Often people can get one of these but not the other. I personally LOVE to eat, and not health food. Some people can eat perfectly (my girlfriend is an example of this) but their idea of exercise is running to catch the bus. Doing one of these things and not the other will not help you reach your goal.If you look at the hit TV show "The Biggest Loser" you can see how hard you have to work to lose weight. The people on the show are generally grossly obese, eat almost perfectly (while on the show) and work out seemingly constantly, not to mention they have 2 personal trainers to coach them. They STILL only lost generally 7-10lbs a week, and that is while treating weight loss like a full time job. This shows how it is important to set realistic expectations for a diet.

Weight Loss Journey
Fast Weight Loss
I am a 20 year old college student, and on October 24th, 2007 I decided to turn my life around. I was obese, depressed, and was lacking in self confidence. Now, as of December 19th, 2007 I am over 40 pounds lighter; having dropped 6 pant sizes, and two shirt sizes- I will do whatever it takes to not get back to where i was. How did I do it you might ask? - Hardwork, determination, and moral support. (and some other stuff) lol - if you wanna ask me specifically how i lost it or need some motivation dont be afraid to ask-(but send it in an EMAIl!!!) thats how i respond
