On these auctions you really can save a lot of money as long as you play it smart! Only buy from reputable sellers, NEVER buy a property with a quitclaim deed, and make sure you do your due diligence to make sure the property really has everything you need. Some sellers tend to "lie" by omission. They may not tell you about the fact that there is no legal access to your property or that everything gets flooded anytime it rains. It is up to you to make sure you perform your due diligence.
