Baby Boomers Online - It is Still About Education

Online marketing allows a person freedom, creativity and the capacity to earn decent money while building relationships and learning from others. The Internet has opened the world in a way we only dreamed of as kids, and now as time marches on in my early fifties, I see a changing world. I've raised my children, practiced law, had great times and not so great times. But now, I see only a New Time, a chance to do something quite different, fun and freeing. Yet, after so much research (an occupational hazard for a lawyer), I have found the Net full of repulsive scams and inspiring leaders......and have learned to differentiate. Baby Boomers need to learn the basics, many are bewildered by the capacity of the Internet, hardly know what Web 2.0 means as Web 3.0 is appearing. I hope to help others, meet others, continue to earn a decent income and never stop learning and teaching.

Don't ever give up. These STILL are the good old days. We have a lot left to give and a lot left to live. If you want to embark on something new, now is the time to do it, and there has never been an easier time in the world of information and social networking to meet everyone else on the planet. I only wish I spoke a few more languages! We are growing older, it is time to really look at where we have been and where we are going; to take genuine stock of our spiritual life and our relationship to God and others. We are the children of the the people of the Greatest Generation. They worked hard, sacrificed and some died to give us what we had. We sometimes had it too easy - sometimes it has seemed too rough, but we can continue to the end to make a difference, to make our parents proud.

I am still building my site, not entirely sure which direction I want it to take, but certain I want it to be a place of content and information for baby boomers seeking a good online marketing experience, directing folks to the right places, right teachers and sometmes the right opportunities Maybe they are not for everybody, but I firmly believe we Boomers need to unite and work together, build an international social network of like-minded, giving people who are not afraid to be themselves and who are not afraid to venture into this new world of working - a world where working is freedom, slower paced and something we can do until we are at least 99! It's in its formation stages, I am doing other marketing things, such as You Tube and Twitter, but my basic site is putting all its emphasis on GeneWize, which I think is going to explode as more and more people are laid off, our generation ages and wants to do it well and healthily, and folks are looking for a home-based business with integrity, servant leadership, cutting edge science and a recession proof product - wellness.
