Technology has thoroughly reshaped the way we do business and, in particular, the expectations that members of Generation Y (millenials) have about the way we should be doing business. Today's technology has given all of us unprecedented freedom and the power to access information whenever and wherever we need it.

According to Gartner Research, trends in modern business are leading us to an increasing need for collaboration among disperesed project teams:

2) Global village with virtual teams
4) Increased reliance on consultants and freelancers

5) It is expected that by 2015, more than 60% of jobs will be unique to a company
