With all that being said you need to go around to several health clubs in Ontario, and compare them. Don't forget to compare how the staff is with members also. You need to find a staff that is friendly and will be willing to work and show you how to use equipment. Price will most likely be the biggest reason you will pick one health club over the other. But also use the tips above to pick out a club that you will really enjoy.
