    Excellent info, thanks for sharing all of this in one convenient spot! I first got involved with open music in 2001 when I launched the Open Music Registry, within a few hours of the EFF publishing their Open Audio License. (This was before the launch of Creative Commons.) A lot has happened since then to really improve the open music scene. BTW, you might be interested in my Giving Creative Works Away (Under License) lens.
