Operetta is the 16 year old daughter of Eric, the Phantom of the Opera, although she's got a southern accent and sings country music. More like Phantom of the Opry. She bears some resemblance to her father in that she has a "beauty mark" that starts on her face and ends in a tattoo down her left arm. She's also got a rebellious streak is sometimes a "Diva" at Monster High School. She does exactly what she wants and doesn't let anyone else give her orders.

Operetta got much of her musical influence from Elvis Presley. Besides singing she also plays the guitar. Her fashion style is rockabilly, her skin is purple, and her hair is hot rod red. She wears lots of makeup.and has reddish purple fingernails. She has a purple pet spider named Memphis Daddy O Longlegs with Elvis style pompadour hair. He plays the stand-up bass while she sings. Monsters that listen to Operetta sing tend to go a bit crazy for a while, and her voice can reach very high levels. She's been known to shatter glass or blow people away.
