Oprius.com: CRM for the Network Marketer
Oprius lets network marketers manage their prospect and customer lists by merging contacts, calendar, to do list, autoresponder, and relationship builder elements for a full solution. Best of all, the makers are all network marketers themselves. So they have made a product which provides the tools a network marketer needs.

Using online software to manage your prospect list
Oprius provides all of the tools network marketers need to build their business while leveraging the power of the internet, all in one place
First, Oprius is customer relationship management (CRM) software as a service (SaaS). It is accessed through a web browser, so there is no software to install. This means you can access your account from your home, the internet cafe, your in-laws, or wherever you can find a computer where you happen to be when you need it. (Doesn't that fit the network marketing lifestyle? Work from home, work from your Hawaii vacation, wherever!)

Amazing Integration
Oprius is set up as a modular system: Contacts, Calendar, Phone Calls, Tasks, Emaill, and the Relationship builder.
What makes Oprius so special is the way they have integrated the different elements of traditional electronic organizers to create a very efficient, east to use customer relationship management system.
You want to call a certain contact next Tuesday. Simply click on the "New phone call" button and you can schedule the call. The system will then add a phone call task that is linked to the contact, the calendar, and the phone call module. If you view the call from the phone call list, the contact's name will appear as a clickable link that will take you to the contact details page.
When you make the call, you can open the phone call item and are presented with a page showing you the last activity you had with the contact and a notepad to record whatever you want to remember from the call. If you happen to use scripts for your calls, you can upload the script and view it in this window as well. Also included are buttons to create a new task, calendar event, phone call, contact, or email so that you do not have to navigate away from your call page while still speaking with your contact.

Included Autoresponder
For those who don't know, an autoresponder is an automated email program essential to an email marketing strategy. It can reply to messages sent to a specific email address. You can also use it to send out a series of pre-written emails on a preset schedule to contacts in your list. Oprius is one of the few CRM's to include autorepsonder functionality. They also offer the ability to create lead capture pages and lead capture widgets you can add to your blog or website which allows website visitors to add themselves to your list without your intervention. This allows you to stay in touch with your prospects in a highly leveraged way.
Relationship Builder
What I think is the most amazing thing about Oprius is the Relationship Builder module. It allows you to set up a plan for the different groups of contacts you work with. This can include phone calls, emails, tasks, etc.
For example, say you have a particular system you want to follow for all of your business opportunity prospects. First, you want to send an email to tell them a little about yourself. (So you write that email and store in the email module). You schedule the autoresponder to send the email two days after you enter the contact into the plan. Then, you want to mail some brochures about your products. Add a task to the plan telling you to mail the package one day after the email is sent. Then, you want to call the prospect a week later to make sure they received the information and answer any questions they might have. Add the call for seven days after sending the package.
Then just add the Relationship Builder plan to the contact and you will start getting calendar events and phone call notes and task reminders to tell you what to do. You are on auto-pilot. You will never miss a step, because the system tells you what to do with whom and when based on your pre-set plan.
And your contacts can be in multiple plans. Say they are retail customers of yours but are also considering joining your network marketing business. If you have a "Customer" Relationship Builder plan, and a "Prospect" plan, just add the contact to both plans. I have never seen this functionality in any other system at this price.

Fantastic Features, Unbeatable Price
As of this writing (04/2009), Oprius charges $14.99 USD per month. That is an unlimited price. No limit on the number of contacts you can have in your list. No limit on how many emails you send per month. Many other services charge based on both of those criteria.
Sign up for a free thirty day trial and I think you'll agree that Oprius is an essential element in any network marketer's arsenal.

- Thanks so much for your kind words, ShellyB. I, too, love the service. And the fact that they take the time to listen to customer suggestions and implement them.
