The Dental health & Dental Hygiene Personal Guide

Dental health, is a serious matter. A bad Oral Health affects nutritional status, ability to speak, self-esteem, mental wellness, and overall well-being. Despite the clear connection of dental health to overall health status and quality of life, more than a quarter of older adults have not seen a dental professional in the past five years.

As a person ages, the mouth becomes less able to tolerate stress. With an increase in chronic disease and medication usage, the prevalence of root caries, tooth loss, oral cancers, soft-tissue lesions, and periodontal problems increases significantly with age. Yet many dental health problems in older adults can be avoided with routine preventive care by using evidence-based oral care protocols.

If you didn't already have enough reasons to take good care of your mouth, teeth and gums, the relationship between your dental health, your dental hygiene and your overall health provides even more. Resolve to practice good dental hygiene every day. You're making an investment in your overall health, not just for now, but for the future, too.

This is a list to our guides about dental health. Here you can find everything about oral health, from toothache to the Wisdom Teeth.

Really great lens, I found it very informative as well as insightful. There are numerous methods of teeth whitening, but i feel the Best Teeth Whiteners are the dental office options, because you can consult with your dentist beforehand coupled with the expertise and experience, you can be sure to get the best treatment.

It is important to maintain oral health as it influence general health. I.e. there is a link between periodontal disease and heart disease.
