Auto Accident Attorney in Orange County Provides Free Resources for Recovery

Motor vehicle accidents are the leading cause of death for individuals aged 5 to 34 years old in the United States. As the third most populous and one of the most vehicle dependant states in the nation, California had the highest incidence of fatal auto accidents in 2009, according to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration's most current data. Helping people through the personal injury claims process for more than 35 years, the auto accident lawyers at the Orange County firm Allen, Flatt, Ballidis, and Leslie have seen firsthand how painful and traumatic the experience can be.

"After recovering from the initial shock of the crash," explains auto accident attorney James Ballidis, "people are forced to endure a complex and often frustrating legal process while suffering from painful and debilitating injuries."

Well established in the community, familiar with the local courts and judges--as well as the adjusters at the insurance companies and their tactics--the auto accident lawyers of this Orange County firm created this page with the objective of equipping those who have recently been involved in a collision with the resources and information necessary to successfully recover, both physically and financially.

Through this lens, they will share analysis of collisions in the county, discuss the impact of recent cases and legislation on the injury claims process, and answer questions concerning the rights and options of accident victims.
