Pros: The Oreck XL Ultra is an excellent vacuum cleaner. There are models that are far less expensive, of course. The least expensive model vacuum offered by Oreck is only $299.95 and comes with a three year warranty. The less expensive models however do not have some of the features offered on the Oreck XL Ultra.

The Oreck XL Ultra comes with a full 10 year warranty and a hypo-allergenic filtration system that will be of the utmost value to those who suffer from allergies. The outer bag is five layers thick. There are 10 free tune-ups included in the price and those have a value of over $400.00.

Cons: Oreck products rarely have problems or criticisms. They are all excellent quality and very well guaranteed. If you are accustomed to heavier vacuums, it can also take some getting used to such a lightweight vacuum!
