This lens discusses five things that are crucial for the diabetic (or others with chronic ailments) to consider before purchasing a medical alert bracelet, charm, necklace or other alert jewelry.

My story is a simple one; I have been a diabetic for close to thirty years. I hat to admit that during my earlier, younger years I did not respect the disease as I ought to. To make a long story short I am suffering now for my sins then. I have become an expert by suffering. However, over the last several years, I have started to greatly improve. I have made diabetes a passionate study and am continually trying to improve my health. If you care to search my wife and my handle (wbisbill) on Goggle you will find many articles I have written on diabetes as well as my web site (www.KnowingDiabetes.com) on diabetes Mellitus info where I have collected many relevant articles and resources from many sources.
