The soothing properties of rose water (or rose distillate) and witch hazel distillate found in this organic moisturizing toner from Chartreuse are suitable for all skin types, but especially formulated and valuable for dry, sensitive or mature skin. Don't dry out your skin, refresh it and close the pores with this organic toner. The first thing you'll notice on the ingredient list is that it contains aloe vera juice, along with willowbark extract and tea tree essential oil.

It's also never tested on animals, and does not contain animal products.

Unlike other toners,

this toner won't dry out your skin. It's organic and slightly moisturizing. The stinging alcohol feel is absent, and the first ingredient is organic aloe vera juice (look at other toners and you'll notice the first ingredient is probably water!), followed by witch hazel and pure rose water.
