Why Organic Wine?
Every year more and more Australian vineyards are switching over to organic practices. Even those who are not seeking formal Organic Certification are adopting minimal intervention farming practices.
At the same time consumers are looking for more organically produced products, including wine. They are motivated by a desire for a healthy lifestyle, as well as a healthy product.
This lens hopes to help Australian producers and consumers of organic wines find each other.
