Launching an Internet Based Home Business You Can Be Proud Of

The Mommy wars have been raging for the past several years, with working moms competing with stay at home moms for the title of who's a better parent.

Why not have the best of both worlds by launching your own business on the Internet and contributing to the family finances, while still raising your kids yourself?

A multi-level marketing opportunity will give you the means to sell products on your own, but it also lets you build a team of people like yourself who want to use Miesesnce Certified Organic products and sell them to others too.

Eventually, your team can be the major supporting factor of your income, but you have to know how to inspire and motivate your team to succeed because you'll be their leader and your own prosperity will encourage them to meet their goals, which is why a great support network is one of the first things you should look for before joining any opportunity. That's what I looked for, I found it, and have been having the success I planned.

Multi level marketing may seem mysterious to those who aren't familiar with it, but it's a very common practice that's helped millions of moms join the workforce from home, while helping each other out.

You don't have to choose an MLM business where you're forced to call up friends and beg them to host a party, or go knocking on neighbor's doors asking if they want to buy products. I don't do that at all.

With the Internet as your tool of choice, you can create an entire business from the comfort of your own home and even network with others who continue growing your income when they sign on to become part of your team.

But first, you have to find something you feel comfortable and confident representing.

Certified organics is not a trend or fad - it's a respected concept and process in the skincare and whole foods industry that appeals to a mass market of a demographic that spans the spectrum of age groups and genders.

Why Sell Certified Organics?

Before you agree to any multi level marketing business, you want to investigate to see whether or not the company and products are reputable. The ONE group, which launched the Miessence Certified Organic Skincare line, among other products, isn't just another MLM company - they're on a mission to help the environment.

Business has a lot of power in the world. Companies can be responsible for leading the way toward a healthier environment, or contribute to its demise with the chemical pollutants they pour into the Earth.

While most companies focus solely on their bottom line, and not the overall good of society, the ONE group enlists the help of an army of like-minded people to spread the word about using chemical-free ingredients and certified organic products.

When you're selling anything to another person, you want to feel good about it. You don't want to don the cap of a used car salesman who ignores his conscious and pushes whatever he can on the unsuspecting consumer.

When you sign on to promote certified organic products, you'll go to bed feeling good about what you've done each day.

You'll be promoting the health of individuals who no longer put toxic chemicals on their skin that get absorbed into their bodies, and you'll be promoting a healthier world to leave to your heirs.

It will also make it much easier for you to build a team, since everyone you meet will be inspired by your actions and won't have any doubts about the purpose and intentions behind the opportunity.

Building a Team and Boosting Everyone's Income

The cosmetic and skincare industry takes in about $122 billion dollars each year. Currently world wide organic sales exceed $50 billion each year. Put these two areas together and there is significant potential to create a real and lasting income from selling certified organic cosmetic and skincare products.

With the ONE Group certified organic products, you know it's something you'd personally use and recommend to others, so you'll have no problem inspiring people to sell it in your team.

Certified organic skincare products have a unique angle that differentiates them from other cosmetic lines. Miessence certified organic skin care products are third party independently certified organic to the highest international food standards. With the Organic and Natural Enterprise Group (ONE Group), you can have a ready-made business complete with website and success tips you can apply now to start seeing instant success.

When you launch an MLM business, your goal is to scout out talented individuals like yourself to join your team so you can help them create a successful business like your own. Don't take on the task as a mundane sponsor who casually mentions what you do in public and then crosses your fingers to hope they ask to be a part of it.

You have to convey your enthusiasm for your work (which is easy with certified organics) and then make them interested because they want the same type of success and satisfaction in what they do.

It's okay to be selective in who you sponsor. You want people onboard who are able to sell products and build their own team. If you build a team out of people who just say yes to get you to stop talking (people who aren't looking for work at home opportunities and don't care what you sell), then they'll wind up quitting, and the time you spent working with them will have been wasted.

Choose people just like you - self-motivated, highly independent, work at home moms, men and women who care about the environment, and people who want to earn extra income doing something they can be passionate about.

Once you have them onboard, don't abandon them to succeed or fail - teach them how to bring in profits! Show them how to set goals, how to use every facet of the Internet to generate sales, and how to build their own team. And you will know all of this because you will be taught it!

About erinely

I'm an eclectic, gregarious, outgoing person. I enjoy spending time with my friends and family; husband, Doug and two kids Maggie age 14 and Locke age 18.

I'm a great networker, I love being with people and bringing them together, meeting them, talking with them and making connections. I'm an instigator and a community and political activist.

For the past 16 years I have been a stay-at-home mom, homeschooler. organic and local food advocate, "professional" volunteer, community and political activist. I have raised over $150,000 for various organizations through direct donations, product sales, grant writing, and event coordination.

In 2005, I became an Independent Representative with ONE Group and started a home based business. This has allowed me the flexibility to be available for my kids if they need me and the resources and time to travel when it is convenient. I get to focus on the things in life that are important to me, my family, volunteering in my community and supporting non-profit organizations, all while creating health and wealth in an environmentally friendly and ethical way.

I'm really attracted to all things ethnic, like old beads, folk art, textiles, jewelry, clothing and world music. I have been playing African marimba music for 8 years and I am in a marimba band (Zambuko) which originates from the Kutsinhira Cultural Arts center, a local non-profit here in my town that I am a member of. In 2002, I produced a CD (Musimboti) of marimba and mbira music from bands and musicians that are part of Kutsinhira.

In August of 2006, I was the "Happening Person" in the Eugene Weekly.

The Weekly also wrote an article about my recent entry into the ideablob contest: http://www.eugeneweekly.com/2008/01/10/news.html#3

Previous to being home with my family, I worked on one of the largest National Forests in the Pacific Northwest. I am also a forester by trade and have a degree in Forest Management. During my 12 plus years with the US Forest Service I worked on many special projects. I used to fight forest fires all over the Western U.S. and was on a Hotshot firefighting crew.

I am very interested in sustainable business, social justice and the environment. I spend much of my time educating myself about these areas thourgh reading books, blogs, and magazines dedicated to these topics.

I am a strategic optimist, a term I heard coined by Kenny Ausubel of the Bioneers when he introduced Jay Harman of Pax Scientific at the 2007 Bioneers annual conference in San Rafael, Ca.

My personal motto is: leave no stone unturned. I will go the extra mile to help people, complete a project and make things happen.

Thank you for taking the time to learn more about me.

I appreciate all that you are doing to make the world a better place.
