What Is Organic Network Marketing?
Organic Network Marketing; How To Grow Your Business Naturally
1. Material derived from a living source
2. Producing food without the employment of chemically formulated fertilizers, growth stimulants, antibiotics, or pesticides
3. Simple and healthful and close to nature; "an organic lifestyle"
What is organic network marketing? I am using the term organic to describe how I want to build my network marketing business online. The word organic conjures the impression of something wholesome, good for you, natural, no chemicals, etc., in other words, simple and healthful.
My goal is to make your network marketing experience simple and good for you.
Just like in organic gardening, the process of attracting leads to you is going to be a little more time consuming. Building relationships based on trust will result in a targeted lead. Take care to nurture your leads; help them grow and you will also prosper.
There is no getting around the work that is required to make a network marketing business thrive. If you are willing to put in the time and effort, then you will succeed. It is very simple, but the majority of people will fail. Why? Because most of us are accustomed to having things happen immediately. We want to see results NOW. However, if you have the patience and the tenacity to follow through with the training and actually do the activities that are described in detail, you will see your business grow.
My suggestions to help you achieve your goal of attracting leads to your MLM or network marketing business are the following:

How To Encourage Growth In Your Organization
Are You Nurturing Your Sprouts?
As I was responding to emails and checking out the posts on Digg a few days ago, it occurred to me that staying touch with my organization is crucial to our success. I've been mostly doing this by email or our online webinars. Then I received an email from someone in my organization who asked if I had time for a chat.We talked for about 30 minutes and only a small portion of that was about our business. We were connecting on a more personal level, really getting to know each other. The time was well spent because I now have a better idea of what her life is like; trying to operate a home business while working at a full-time job, along with family, friends, social interests, etc.
During our conversation I mostly listened. I learned two very important things from this conversation with Linda. The people in our organizations need support, training, and on occasion the listening ear of their upline leaders.
So, take time to connect with the people you work with. Keeping in touch with those who are serious about building their business will help keep you motivated. You may also learn something from them.

- Hi Steve, thanks for taking the time to stop by and leave a comment. When you care more about finding out the truth of whether there's a way to help the other person, rather than if you can make the sale, your position is no longer viewed as "that MLM guy/gal".

- Hi Theresa,
Organic MLM, great concept. I couldn't agree more with you about taking the time to develop wholesome relationships with people -- prospects and team members.
I've found that since applying attraction marketing, sales skill becomes less of an issue. Natural and organic conversations sprout very easily when leads come to us looking for information.
Enjoyable read,
thanks.

- Hi Theresa!
Organic is mostly what I eat, so I love the term being applied to our business, too.
And listening is also one of my favorite words... being a student of a wonderful MLM Success Angel, Tim Sales, who's mission in life now is to teach us all how.
Creating true freedom,

- Organic Network Marketing; really well written!
A good way to describe how you should build a mlm business. MLM is a business not a get-rich-quick scheme. When people realise it takes time to build a downline (much the same way as growing a garden) and they commit to it long term, they'll see the success they desire.
