Sure, we could continue on with all the scary news, but why not focus on what's positive?

Making the switch from toxic, chemical-laden, synthetic products to healthy, yummy, food-grade (yes, food-grade!) certified organic health and beauty care products is EASY!

It's a straightforward two step process --

1. Just make the **DECISION** to switch, and then...

2. **TAKE ACTION**!

I took the plunge and challenged myself to replace the personal care products that my partner and I use every day (shampoo, conditioner, soap, facial wash, facial moisturizer, deodorant, body moisturizer, and hair gel) along with ALL my cosmetics.

My goals were to:

A) Simplify my life (I had about six different types of shampoo and conditioner hanging out in the cupboard under the sink -- sheesh!) AND

B) Use only simple, certified organic food-grade products that are free of unnecessary and potentially hazardous chemical ingredients.

C) I also wanted everything to smell absolutely fabulous! I mean, not just good, but good enough to eat! I don't wear any sort of synthetic fragrance or perfume (for obvious reasons -- those chemicals really irritate my skin and my sense of smell!), so I wanted my personal care and beauty products to have a pleasing, compelling (and not overwheming) NATURAL fragrance. Where does that come from, you ask? Essential oils, of course! (More about those in a bit!)

(I'm a Libra, so I'm extra concerned with fairness, justice, balance and truth!)
