Remember your youth, running around in the summer sun with your small squirt guns... and then that rich kid came by with the Super Soaker 50 and blew you all away? Interestingly enough, the Super Soaker 50 is celebrating it's 20th anniversary, and has been slightly re-designed although the package stays the same. Created in 1989 by a Rocket scientist, the Super Soaker 50 was a huge hit, and after some time off the market can be purchased once more.

For its time, the Super Soaker 50 was unbeatable in its power, distance, and craftsmanship... and 2 decades later is still no clunker. If you've got young kids in need of a first super soaker, why not buy the original Super Soaker 50 that many of us grew up with. Definitely makes a great item for collectors as the packaging is almost the same as it was 20 years ago.

If you're not interested in the Super Soaker 50, there are still a lot of original super soakers available, or at least new super soakers that compare to the ones we all loved.
