The characters of Sesame Street return to SeaWorld Orlando this summer in a new show: "Elmo and Abby's Treasure Hunt." The show, which is reported to run May 24-Sept. 1, will feature Abby Cadabby, Elmo, Cookie Monster, Rosita and Grover. According to published reports, the characters will go on a hunt for clues to open a talking treasure trunk, encouraging youngsters to use their imagination. - Pirate's Cove

Since it opened on Dec. 15, 1973, the Pirates of the Caribbean attraction has entertained millions of Walt Disney World guests on a thrilling adventure through dark, mysterious caverns where "dead men tell no tales." Starring a comical cast of rascals, scoundrels, villains and knaves, the Adventureland attraction sends guests of all ages on a boat ride to a Caribbean seaport under siege by a swashbuckling band of pirates. Enter a wonderland of enchanting princesses and swashbuckling adventurers during Mickey's Pirate and Princess Party at Magic Kingdom on select evenings through June 2008. A treasure map leads feisty buccaneers and pretty princesses on a trek through Magic Kingdom seeking adventures and encounters with favorite Disney characters. Youngsters can explore themed pirate coves and princess courts overflowing with special entertainment, dance parties, plus favorite attractions are open throughout the evening's festivities. Centerpiece of the after-hours event is the nightly "Enchanted Adventures Parade," a colorful cavalcade starring a 39-foot pirate ship with swinging and sword-fighting mates. And perched high on the gold-filled treasure chest is Tinker Bell herself guarding the goods from Captain Hook and the larger-than-life crocodile -- Tick Tock -- that angrily snaps and slithers along the route. The night is capped with the dazzling "Magic, Music, and Mayhem" fireworks spectacular orchestrated to an original musical score with memorable pirate and princess melodies.
