I love nature and no one teaches you better than mother nature.One has to get out to the outdoors and escape from the jungles of concrete to explore life in its entirety.The peace and calmness you experience when you see colors and textures outdoors is amazing. Find some moments alone with flowers, animals and all the wilderness that abounds and you sure will come back rejuvenated.
Explore different areas
To experience all the hues you must plan to trek the high mountains with streams gushing down,a walk along a deserted beach or a simple night out in the fields near you.Jungles should be undertaken with due guidance with security measures in place.Camping in woods and listening to the sounds at night is really mystifying.If you have not camped before you are missing something. Explore camping in different areas but a well planned trip can make it more enjoyable.

I think as humans with all our intelligence we owe it to improve or help the region where ever we visit.From educating the locals to arranging medical help,from preserving the woods to planting trees...a lot can be done.Yet you find people litter, cause pollution and damage the environment.

Basic rules to improvise a shelter

Quite likely one may encounter sudden rains or need to take rest in the wilderness.What if you are without a tent? It can be easily improvised.Basic rules to follow are two.Direction of sun and direction of wind.The shelter has to be sloping.Make sure your improvised shelter does not obstruct the flow of wind. Also make a channel around for the water to pass in case it rains.Strengthen your shelter by putting some twigs and branches around to slow down the down pour on your shelter.Last but not the least make sure you have collected enough dry twigs beforehand to light up to keep you warm as well as to cook something. making shelter in rain forest

Stuff you might want to take with you!
Among other things a good torch light and a multipurpose knife are must for any outdoor.Remember to include a good insect repellent,a strong and long enough rope, waterproof covers,a fishing hook,sleeping bags and most important a first aid kit.Have a compass and GPS.If the region is covered by network , carry spare battery or manual battery chargers as well.Plan our your gear and kit in advance.
