Save Time With Outsourcing

Outsourcing with a Virtual Assistant

As a work from home mom your time is a precious commodity. One way of valuing that commodity can be outsourcing with a virtual assistant.

A Virtual Assistant can do a number of office related tasks. They can manage your emails by responding to your customers questions. They can make travel arrangements for you or even do research for your next information product.

Really there are hundreds of tasks a virtual assistant can help you with.

You can outsource your blog posts to an assistant - they can ghost write a few posts for you as well as schedule your posts for future dates. Let's say you really enjoy writing blog posts but hate the task of uploading them to your blog and making sure the seo and keywords are in place - your v.a. can take that task off your hands so that you can spend more time doing what you love - writing.

Do you have an mailing list? Let your V.A. manage that for you. Just about anything you would hire an administrative assistant to do can be done virtually. Many V.A.'s are even willing to learn new technology in order to serve their clients needs so don't be afraid to ask about a specific job you need help with.

Do you find all the buzz around social media too overwhelming? A virtual administrator can set up your social media accounts, profiles, and monitor your forums and interactions with your customers - you will still have personal contact with your clients your v.a. will just itemize what questions and topics need your attention.

What is a virtual assistant?

Outsourcing Your Every Day Tasks to a V.A.

A virtual assistant or VA is a self-employed, home-based entrepreneur who assists other businesses, often in administrative work. In other words, a VA is an office assistant who never has to step into her client's office! In addition, most business owners have particular tasks that they will turn over to their virtual assistants, and these can go beyond basic office or business administration.

7 Ways A Virtual Assistant Can Help You

Outsourcing Your WAHM Business The Smart Way

There are literally many ways a virtual assistant can help you with the day-to-day aspects of your online business. Even if you think your budget can't handle it, even hiring a V.A. for one or two of these tasks will greatly enhance your wahm experience.

Do you remember why you decided to work from home? Was it to spend more time with your family? To be their for your children?

How's that working for you?

Believe me when I tell you - from my own experience - Y.O.U. can't do it all. Something will suffer. It will either be a sloppily run business or an ill run household.

V.A. Tishia Saves Time Blog

She formatted my first eBook

Tishia Saves Time, formatted my ebook '10 Easy Crochet Hats' back in May 2011. She was very professional and was a joy to work with. My pattern eBook was the first for her - she normally works with text eBooks but I like that she was willing to work on it and offered to tweak it in order to make it what I wanted it to be. She formatted my original word document into a PDF file with a cover and table of contents.
