Overcoming Relationship Breakup - The toughest part

A breakup is always tough and it becomes difficult to lead a normal life. Everything seems to remind you of your ex.

You will always keep thinking about how you used to do this together and even the places you used to visit can remind you about the pain in your heart.

Have you Experienced this in your Breakup?? 

As I said a breakup can be really tough on you and can almost destroy your social life.

It is very common to experience the following when you had a recent breakup :
1.Insomnia - Yeah,sleep is the first thing that leaves you after a breakup. No matter how hard you try the thoughts of your loved one just dont leave you alone. You keep lying on your bed thinking about your future and whether you would ever be able to be with someone else.

2. You just cant think of anything to do. It becomes tough to stay at home because then you keep thinking of your ex. Going out also hurts when you visit the places you used to go with your ex. Almost everything you do or not do keeps reminding you about your ex.

3.Dating others becomes a nightmare If you have tried to move on and date someone AND IT DOESN'T WORK then IT HURTS ! HURTS REALLY BAD!!

And even if it is working out, you keep thinking about the common traits in your ex and your present date.

Here's how to overcome the pain of breakup. 

A few tips to handle your breakup
Now, I am going to say something that may hurt you or anger you, but that is the truth and I think I really need to tell you that.
I have seen people who had a breakup 5 or 6 years ago and are still feeling down and depressed. Just imagine how must they be feeling after 5 or 6 years when only a week is enough to just cripple your life.

Here's a piece of Advice Whether you want to get back with your ex or whether you want to move on in life and be with someone else You Need To Do This --->
You need to just be alone with yourself and after a moment of relaxation and meditation, try to think about what is going on and what you really want. Try to ask yourself a few questions and answer it from the heart.

Do you want to get back with your ex or do you want to move on? In case your ex was really not in love with you or if he is a real jerk , then it is a good idea to just move on , because no matter how hard you try. A jerk is going to be a jerk. He wont change.
And if you think that your ex is really a nice person and you want to get back with him/her then you should give it at least one last try. I will tell you what to do later on in this page.

Now ask yourself the reason for your pain? Dont just say that you loved your ex and you are missing him/her. Go deeper and analyze why you are feeling so sad. Are you just feeling lonely? Do you just need a companion.
Now write down the positives and negatives about your ex and figure out if you really want to get back with your ex.
