My Experience with Anxiety Attacks

Hi...my name's Jenny. If you've landed on this lens, then there's a good chance that you are looking for anxiety help as I was for a while. My journey certainly wasn't an easy one (You can read more about that here), but it was insightful. And I want to share a little bit of that hard-earned wisdom with you.

Two years ago I didn't even know what an anxiety attack was. I'd never known anybody who'd had one, and I was "normal." Now fast forward to a year ago when I was suffering my worst attacks. I've asked myself, "Could I have possibly imagined that today I would be cured and helping others find an anxiety cure too?" Thoughts are powerful things, you know.
