A panic attack is defined as an experience which leaves its victim feeling an immense amount of anxiety, fear and the feelings of uncontrollable panic. There are several symptoms that go hand in hand with panic attacks.

However they may vary from person to person. Just some of these symptoms can include dry mouth, intense sweating, and shortness of breath, unexplained feelings of doom and a fast heart rate.
