- Our body already runs at 98% oxygen breathing normal room air. Getting that extra 2% would not actually do anything for you. It may and does help some people with COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease), Emphysemia, etc., but for the average Jill or Joe it is a waste of time and money....
