We show you how to use a range of ozone equipment.
Ozone Therapy can provide a wide range of health benefits, from relaxation and detoxification to immune system stimulation and increased blood circulation.
People report a range of health benefits that may be associated with Ozone Therapy using steam, insufflation, far infrared saunas, drinking ozonated water, applying ozone topically with ozonated olive oil and other methods. Because of the many available uses for ozone, ozone therapy is becoming increasingly popular for a wide variety of physical conditions.
We recently put together a video series on how to use ozone equipment, from hooking up the basic machines to attaching various accessories for drinking ozonated water, insufflations, for use with steam saunas and more. You can watch each video here or get them all on our Ozone Video Series DVD.

What can Ozone Therapy be used for?
I want to Drink Ozonated Water
Drinking ozonated water is one of the easiest ways to get ozone into your system. It's safe and can help purify your water as well. You simply bubble ozone into the amount of water you'll drink in about 15 minutes and then drink it. You'll need:
- An ozone generator
- An oxygen concentrator or oxygen tank
- A water bubbler
I want to Breathe Ozone
Breathing ozone pulls ozone into the lungs where it can immediately start circulating through the body. Ozone by itself is too harsh on the lungs, do you need a middleman to make it easy to breathe. You'll need:
- An ozone generator
- An oxygen concentrator or oxygen tank
- An oil bubbler (your middleman)
I want to do Ozone Insufflations
Many people feel that ozone insufflations are good for adding ozone to particular areas more directly. You can insufflate into your ears, rectum or vagina. You'll need:
- An ozone generator
- An oxygen concentrator or oxygen tank
- An oil humidifier
- Catheters or an earscope, depending on where you want to insufflate
I want to Apply Ozone to One Area
Our boss was once bitten by a brown recluse and the area became a massive infection. By using ozone and ozone cups, he cleared up the infection. This is a good way to apply ozone directly to one external part of the body. You'll need:
- An ozone generator
- An oxygen concentrator or oxygen tank
- An ozone cup of your choice (2", 3" or 4". Custom sizes are available)
I want to Combine Ozone with Steam
The combination of ozone and steam is incredible. You get the benefits of both at once and it's easy to do. You'll need:
- An ozone generator
- An oxygen concentrator or oxygen tank
- A steam sauna
We have packages available with our Portable Home Steam Sauna and our Steam Sauna Pro. You want to make sure your steam sauna is made of ozone-compatible materials.
