  • The endurance maximizer phase: carbohydrates can now be increased at this phase. This level has got complex carbohydrates, lean proteins and highly decreased fat intake. A good example of a meal on this phase is the black and white bean chili.

    Thanks for sharing this. Diet and exercise should go together to shed off those extra pounds. We don't want to be obese because it can lead to a lot of complications like osteoarthritis. Osteoarthritis targets the weight bearing joints such as the hips. Those with severely arthritic hips had to have hip replacement surgery but some unfortunately had complications due to the device manufactured by DePuy. DePuy Pinnacle Recall might happen anytime soon.
