I am sure that you have seen the infomercials for the P90X Extreme Home Fitness Program and were a little skeptical that it may not work for you. Well guess what, this program works and I mean really works. The thing that I love about P90X is that it covers every area of fitness including strength, flexibility, stamina and conditioning. This is what makes this the perfect workout routine for men, women and even teens who are involved in sports. P90X is for you

If you are serious about fitness and want to get into shape for whatever reason may it be weight management, sports or simply just to fit into your favorite pair of jeans again, P90X is a great program to help you achieve that goal. This is a great program for men, women and teens who are interested in taking their fitness to another level.

With P90X you can choose where you want to go with your fitness. For example a lot of women are skeptical about the program because they don't want to add too much muscle, well with P90X you can follow the lean program and and still get all the benefits of the strength and conditioning of P90X but not add as much muscle. Or maybe you are an athlete who thinks that they are beyond the P90X level. Well have I got news for you, doing the P90X Doubles workout will help you improve in many areas of fitness including agility, stamina, reaction as well as mental fatigue. Imagine being in the final quarter of a big game and you still have a high level of energy and mental clarity, but your opponent is puckered out.

P90X exercises involve using weights, resistance bands and your own body weight to get you into a higher level of fitness, but it doesn't have to stop there, you can always add your own twist to the program to increase your gains. An example is I like to use a weighted vest when doing pull-ups and push-ups to add to the degree of difficulty, or using weighted gloves for the videos like Kempo X or Yoga X. Kettle bell weights are also great to use in the program.
